Authority to Use Information
The client confirms that they are authorised to provide the personal, business and banking information submitted.

Marketplace Registration Assistance
Our service is limited to assisting the client with the seller registration/application process.

No Guarantee of Approval
Payment for your service does not guarantee that Takealot, Makro Online or Amazon SA will approve the seller account.

Marketplace Requirements
Each marketplace has its own eligibility requirements, policies and verification procedures, which may change from time to time.

Additional Information
The client agrees to provide any additional information or documents required to complete the application.

Application Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the marketplace, incorrect information, missing documents, verification procedures or circumstances outside your control.

Service Fee
The R150 fee is charged per platform for our registration assistance service and should be clearly distinguished from any fees charged directly by the marketplace.

Document & Personal Information
Information and documents submitted will be used for the purpose of providing the requested registration assistance and should be handled in accordance with your privacy policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements, including POPIA.
