Thanaps Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Thanaps, we are committed to delivering high-quality reusable sanitary products that support your well-being and the planet. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

 

🛍️Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products.

 

💱Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item or size.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

 

💸Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or worn sanitary pads.

  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotion (unless defective).

 

🚚Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@thanaps.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if the item is defective).

  2. Approval: Our team will assess your request and send return instructions if approved.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.

  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (excluding shipping) or send your exchange within 5-7 business days.
