At Thanaps, we are committed to delivering high-quality reusable sanitary products that support your well-being and the planet. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
🛍️Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products.

We offer exchanges if:

You received the wrong item or size.

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
💸Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or worn sanitary pads.

Sale items or items purchased during a promotion (unless defective).

Approval: Our team will assess your request and send return instructions if approved.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (excluding shipping) or send your exchange within 5-7 business days.
